1. About us

2. Age restriction — 18+ only

It is illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We operate age verification at checkout and reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where we cannot verify that the customer is 18 or over, in line with the UK Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026.

3. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour and packaging may occur. Nicotine-containing products are intended for use by existing smokers and vapers aged 18+ and are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a medical condition affected by nicotine.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct any obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £19.99. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
