1. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zeltu.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Change of mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, e-liquids, pods and other sealed consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless they are faulty.
3. How to return
Email info@zeltu.com to start a return. Return the item in its original, unused condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of return.
